“EXGSP GMBH LLC”, is a manufacturer of packaged refined deodorized, frostbitten edible oil. The plant’s products comply with the requirements of the State Standard and satisfy all the requirements of GOST 4492: 2017 “Sunflower-seed oil. Technical conditions”. When packing edible oil, oil is used, which is obtained during refining and deodorization by the refinery using all the latest technologies, which allows achieving the highest quality of products.

Modern oil post-treatment system, high automation of all processes and control of each stage of oil production guarantee high quality standards, which is confirmed by certificates of compliance with the requirements of DSTU ISO 22000: 2007, ISO 22000: 2005, IDT.

Vegetable oil is saturated with nitrogen (nitrogen) as a preservative to avoid spoilage (rancidity) during storage in PET bottles and increase shelf life.
Benefits of nitrogen saturation:
 
  • It is absolutely safe for the human body;
  • prevents the oxidation of the product, increasing the shelf life;
  • approved for use in EU countries, Philippines, China, USA and many others;
  • due to inertia it does not affect the product, preserving all its useful properties;
  • an alternative to carbon dioxide when filling soft PET bottles to increase rigidity;
  • Preservation of freshness of the product for a longer period, compared with vacuum packaging, without the addition of chemical preservatives.
